The SMCCCD IT Employee Service/Help Portal ( support.smccd.edu ) provides an intuitive and simplified path to find what you need from ITS and more. You can find answers to questions using the knowledge base, request services, report an issue, and track your requests to completion.

How do I access and sign into the support portal?
The new support portal is easier and more secure than ever to access through OneLogin. You can find the ITS Support Portal tile in your OneLogin, or use the login option at the top of the support portal.

How do I submit a ticket?
After signing in, most users will have access to 3 areas of the website. Click the area that applies to your request:
- Report an incident/issue: service outages, equipment failures, and other cases where you are unable to work or your work is impacted.
- Request a service: questions, account creation/access, software installation, and other types of assistance that are not connected with a service disruption or outage.
- Tutorials/FAQs: We have brought over many of the tutorials from the ITS website and will be adding additional articles to the knowledge base, moving forward.

How do I track my tickets?
